Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Lead Data Migration Engineer with strong expertise in Apache Spark, Scala, Elasticsearch, and enterprise data migration. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute large-scale data migration and transformation solutions while ensuring data quality, performance, and scalability. Key Responsibilities

Data Migration & ETL

• Design, develop, and execute large-scale data migration and transformation solutions.
• Build scalable ETL and data processing pipelines using Apache Spark and Scala.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout migration activities.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and migration testing.

Database & Data Engineering

• Analyze source and target database models for migration planning.
• Work with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases for migration and transformation.
• Optimize SQL queries, data processing jobs, and migration performance.
• Resolve complex migration issues and ensure successful deployment.

Search & Distributed Platforms

• Design and optimize Elasticsearch indexing and search solutions.
• Improve search performance and scalability.
• Support distributed data processing and analytics workloads.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.
• Prepare technical documentation and migration runbooks.
