Bizoforce Hiring – Lead Infrastructure Engineer – Backup (Location: USA)

Bizoforce is looking for a highly skilled Lead Infrastructure Engineer – Backup with deep expertise in Commvault to manage enterprise backup and recovery operations across hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud). This role will ensure robust data protection, system recoverability, and compliance standards are maintained across the board.

Ideally preferred if the resource is from Dallas but remote within US is fine. They should have valid work visa / GC / citizenship.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Commvault Complete Backup & Recovery, including Hyperscale X and Cloud/Metallic platforms
• Proficiency in configuring and supporting backups for Kubernetes, Exadata, MongoDB, Cassandra, Oracle, and SQL Server across on-premise and cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Strong scripting and automation experience with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash
• Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving backup and recovery issues
• Ability to design and document backup strategies tailored to enterprise workloads
• Collaboration skills to work with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams
• Proven experience in disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring RTO/RPO targets are met
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
