Bizoforce Hiring Linux and GCP Engineer (Remote, USA)

Bizoforce is looking for experienced Linux and GCP Engineers who are US Citizens to join our project team. This position requires hands-on expertise in Linux administration, Google Cloud Platform operations, and server virtualization. The selected professionals will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and automating infrastructure environments while ensuring compliance with operational standards. Client interviews are mandatory for selection.

Experience:
5 to 8 years

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux administration (Ubuntu, Red Hat, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience engineering and operating within GCP
• Experience with server virtualization (VMware, ESXi, vSphere)
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible or Terraform
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across the full IT technology stack
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Cloud professional certification preferred

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support of operating systems and associated infrastructure including VMware
• Offer direct support to business and technical stakeholders
• Implement and maintain operational standards, automation, and infrastructure as code
• Develop and document procedures and policies for supported platforms

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent
