Key Responsibilities

• Analyze call center transcripts using NLP for sentiment and intent detection
• Develop models for churn prediction and next-best offer recommendations
• Build customer segmentation and propensity models
• Support A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Work with multiple data sources (CRM, billing, usage, call logs)
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability
• Collaborate with data and business teams for insights generation
