Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Engineering & Methods

• Define and document manufacturing processes and methods
• Support production teams with technical instructions
• Ensure efficient and standardized assembly processes

Production Support

• Assist in resolving shop floor issues
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production teams
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing and safety standards

Bilingual Communication

• Communicate effectively in French and English
• Support documentation, reporting, and team coordination
• Act as liaison between local and global teams

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Support lean manufacturing and optimization initiatives
