The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining manufacturing methods, supporting production teams, and ensuring efficient execution of assembly processes. This role requires strong coordination between engineering and shop floor teams to ensure high-quality and optimized production.

Experience Required: 5–10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Engineering & Methods

• Define and document manufacturing processes and methods
• Develop work instructions and process documentation
• Ensure standardization of assembly and production processes

Production Support

• Provide support to shop floor teams for manufacturing issues
• Troubleshoot process-related challenges and implement solutions
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and operations teams

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Improve production efficiency and reduce defects

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain technical documentation and process records
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety standards
• Support audits and quality checks
