Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Network Lead with strong expertise in SD-WAN, Cisco LAN, and enterprise network infrastructure to support large-scale network implementation and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex network environments while ensuring performance, security, and compliance. This role is best suited for professionals who can lead network operations, manage migrations, and drive continuous improvements aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise network solutions (LAN, WAN, WLAN, MPLS, SD-WAN)
• Manage SD-WAN solutions using Fortinet and Cisco technologies
• Configure and optimize routing protocols, QoS, and network performance
• Lead network migrations and large-scale rollout projects
• Ensure adherence to network standards, compliance, and audit requirements
• Monitor and improve network performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation and support
• Manage change processes and ensure smooth execution
• Track KPIs and ensure delivery efficiency and quality
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in network operations
