Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Network Lead to manage enterprise network infrastructure with strong expertise in SD-WAN, Cisco LAN, and large-scale network operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and managing complex network environments, along with strong leadership and delivery capabilities. This role is best suited for professionals who can handle network transformations, migrations, and ensure high availability, performance, and compliance across enterprise systems.

Experience
Level: Network Lead / Senior Engineer
Experience Required: 5–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network solutions (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN)
• Manage SD-WAN environments using Fortinet and Cisco technologies
• Configure routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS)
• Lead large-scale network migrations and rollout activities
• Monitor network performance and ensure uptime and reliability
• Manage change processes and ensure smooth execution
• Track KPIs and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation and support
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in network operations
