The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing network upgrades, applying security controls, and ensuring compliance across enterprise network environments. This role is best suited for professionals who can handle production network changes, resolve critical issues, and maintain high standards of network security and reliability.

Experience
Level: Network Lead / Sr. Network Engineer
Experience Required: 8–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability remediation, firmware upgrades, and OS updates on network devices
• Review Qualys vulnerability findings and define remediation strategies
• Execute production changes with proper pre/post validation and rollback plans
• Implement network hardening (secure access, protocol control, logging, segmentation)
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards
• Monitor service health and validate post-change performance
• Maintain metrics (remediation, success rates, SLA compliance)
• Troubleshoot P1/P2 incidents and ensure timely resolution
• Document changes, configurations, and audit evidence
