Bizoforce is hiring an experienced O9 Techno-Functional Consultant to support enterprise supply chain planning initiatives using the o9 platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and supporting o9 solutions along with strong knowledge of planning processes and data integration. This role is best suited for professionals who can work closely with architects, handle end-to-end solution delivery, and ensure smooth implementation, testing, and hypercare support.

Experience
Level: Techno-Functional Consultant
Experience Required: 3–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support o9 solutions for strategic projects
• Collaborate with solution and technical architects to understand requirements
• Develop and execute test scenarios and support UAT and hypercare phases
• Design and automate data integration and data loading processes
• Perform regression testing for monthly and quarterly releases
• Manage o9 tenants, user access, and environment setup
• Support batch runs and troubleshoot system issues
• Coordinate with o9 DevOps and product teams for issue resolution
• Develop KPIs and reporting for planning data integration
• Support data migration and alignment across systems (APO, o9, SAS)
