Bizoforce is hiring an experienced OMP Solution Architect with strong functional and technical expertise to drive end-to-end supply chain planning solutions. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and implementing OMP-based demand and supply planning solutions while working closely with clients and global teams to deliver scalable supply chain transformations.

Experience

Level: Senior Consultant / Architect
Experience Required: 4–10 Years in Supply Chain Planning with hands-on OMP implementation or configuration experience

Key Responsibilities

Functional & Implementation Duties

• Collaborate with clients to design, develop, and deploy OMP supply chain solutions
• Analyze business requirements and recommend OMP-based demand and supply planning solutions
• Configure OMP components including Customer Layer, Project Layer, and Control Tables
• Participate in blueprinting, global template creation, and strategic planning initiatives
• Develop user documentation and provide training and adoption support
• Create testing plans, scripts, and support UAT and go-live phases
• Configure OMP UI/UX and perform tool customization for end-user needs
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery

Technical & Analytical Duties

• Configure OMP solvers, OPAL components, and integrations with SAP ERP / SAP APO
• Build dashboards, workbooks, and task flows for planning analytics
• Perform testing, debugging, and quality reviews of solution components
• Optimize planning performance using analytical insights and reusable best practices

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of OMP architecture and functionalities
• OMP configuration and implementation experience
• Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP process knowledge
• Integration experience with SAP ERP or SAP APO
• Experience with dashboards, workbooks, and task flows
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• MBA / Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience working with global teams and enterprise programs
• Mentoring or leadership exposure in consulting environments
