Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Pre-Sales Lead with strong expertise in enterprise networking and solution architecture to drive network transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will engage with clients, assess current network landscapes, and design scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong pre-sales experience, the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes, and collaboration with senior stakeholders including CXOs and IT leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess network landscape (LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud)
• Perform maturity assessment, gap analysis, and benchmarking
• Define network transformation roadmap and automation strategies
• Design end-to-end enterprise network architecture (scalability, resiliency, security)
• Develop HLD, LLD, reference architectures, and solution blueprints
• Translate technical solutions into business outcomes (cost optimization, performance improvement, UX)
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and client discussions
• Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and solution proposals
• Participate in client presentations and technical discussions
• Provide guidance during transition and implementation phases
• Develop PoVs, solution accelerators, and reusable assets
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, VPs, and IT stakeholders
