Bizoforce Hiring: Program Manager – Cloud (AWS / Multi-Cloud) – Seattle, WA

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Program Manager to lead enterprise-level cloud transformation programs for a leading telecommunications company. This role involves overseeing large, multi-stakeholder initiatives, primarily leveraging AWS, with exposure to multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate combines technical depth, program delivery excellence, and strong stakeholder leadership.

Experience:
15–20 years (with a minimum of 5+ years in program management roles)

Required Skills

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex cloud and infrastructure programs.
• Drive cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
• Manage multi-cloud environments, with strong expertise in AWS; exposure to Azure/GCP is advantageous.
• Oversee project timelines, risks, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders for alignment, governance, and strategic planning.
• Implement and monitor Agile and DevOps best practices.
• Provide clear reporting on program progress, KPIs, and outcomes.
• PMP, CSM, or AWS certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the telecommunications domain is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation tools.
• Strong ability to translate technical strategies into measurable business outcomes.
