Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project and service delivery lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, timelines, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies
• Define and execute mitigation and escalation strategies
• Drive delivery governance and operational excellence
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business units
• Ensure compliance with customer processes, security, and audit requirements
• Lead status reporting, planning, and execution meetings
