Bizoforce Hiring – Salesforce Developer – USA (Remote)

Bizoforce is hiring a Salesforce Developer for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity. The role focuses on building and integrating Salesforce-based solutions, developing APIs, and delivering client-facing UI components. The developer will work closely with engineering, product, and account teams in a fast-paced Agile environment to support scalable, high-quality Salesforce applications.

Experience

3+ Years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce server-side logic using Apex to integrate multiple operational systems
• Design, develop, and document REST APIs for internal and external integrations
• Build client-facing UI components using Visualforce, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular or React
• Work in an Agile environment with continuous development and frequent releases
• Collaborate daily with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Participate in product discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
• Analyze and validate data to ensure integration accuracy and performance
• Manage Salesforce metadata including SObjects, permissions, page layouts, and configurations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with:
• Apex
• Visualforce
• Salesforce Object Design
• SOQL and SOSL
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• 3+ years of development experience in Java, .NET, or Python
• Experience building custom solutions using Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment and automation tools such as SFDX and ANT
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of SDLC and CI/CD practices
• Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork mindset

Good to Have

• Experience designing and developing REST APIs
• Exposure to TypeScript, Angular, or React
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Exposure to Kafka or event-driven architectures
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
