Bizoforce is hiring an SAP FICO Lead with strong expertise in S/4HANA Centralized Payments, Cash Management, and In-House Banking. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical experience in SAP Finance and will lead implementation and transformation initiatives across enterprise finance systems. This role is best suited for professionals who can drive SAP finance solutions, lead teams, and improve business processes through system optimization and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO and Central Payments implementation and support initiatives
• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Advanced Payment Management and In-House Banking solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Manage end-to-end SAP solution lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
• Ensure integration with banking systems and corporate payment processes
• Support month-end closing (GR/IR, vendor reconciliation, accruals)
• Drive configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Provide user training and support for system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and change management processes
• Lead onsite and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions
