Bizoforce Hiring – Scrum Master (SAFe, Azure DevOps, Agile Delivery) – Washington, DC

Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile delivery, SAFe framework, and Azure DevOps (ADO). The ideal candidate will lead Agile teams, drive sprint execution, manage dependencies, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery in enterprise-scale environments. This role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and experience working in multi-team SAFe programs.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership & Delivery

• Lead Agile teams as primary Scrum Master
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement

SAFe Framework Execution

• Support Program Increment (PI) planning
• Coordinate with Product Owners, RTEs, and cross-functional teams
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams

Impediment & Risk Management

• Identify and remove blockers impacting delivery
• Track risks and escalate issues proactively
• Drive mitigation and resolution strategies

Azure DevOps (ADO) Management

• Configure and manage ADO boards, backlogs, and workflows
• Maintain sprint cadence, capacity planning, and traceability
• Ensure backlog alignment with business priorities

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

• Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)
• Generate reports using ADO Analytics / Power BI
• Communicate progress, risks, and delivery updates

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Support UAT planning and execution
• Drive retrospectives and improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices
