Bizoforce Hiring – Scrum Room Architect (SRA – Architecture / Microservices / Cloud) – India - Remote

Bizoforce is looking for an experienced Scrum Room Architect (SRA) to drive architectural strategy, ensure cross-team alignment, and support agile software delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in microservices, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), and event-driven architectures. The SRA will act as a bridge between architectural design and agile execution—ensuring that the solution is both technically sound and aligned with sprint goals.

Experience:
10+ Years in Software Architecture / Solution Architecture

Required Skills

• Strong experience in technical and solution architecture
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture
• Proficiency with cloud platforms – AWS and/or Azure
• Hands-on experience with event-driven systems and messaging platforms
• Solid grasp of architectural design principles, patterns, and trade-offs
• Agile methodology knowledge with ability to embed architecture within Scrum processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience mentoring developers and leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or architecture modeling tools

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Strategy

• Define and maintain the overall architecture and system structure
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives
• Ensure consistency with organizational and industry technical standards

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure technical feasibility of sprint goals
• Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs to teams and stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and resolve architectural or integration conflicts

Agile Integration

• Integrate architecture within Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies
• Identify and prioritize user stories with architectural significance
• Support developers via technical mentoring and code reviews

Technical Leadership

• Lead technology selection, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
• Maintain architectural integrity through governance and reviews
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks early in the lifecycle

Quality Assurance

• Validate that implementations adhere to the architectural blueprint
• Ensure compliance with performance, security, and scalability benchmarks
