Bizoforce is looking for a Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with 6+ years of experience to join our fast-paced and client-focused team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise across MS-SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, with working knowledge of GCP and Cloud SQL. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to work independently and directly with clients.

Required Skills Technical Skills

• Proven experience in MS-SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL administration
• Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Hands-on experience with Cloud SQL
• Expertise in:
• Database setup, upgrades, and maintenance
• Backup and restore strategies
• Database performance tuning and query optimization
• Instance whitelisting for GKE applications
• Monitoring and ensuring high availability
• Configuration and security best practices

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage directly with clients and gather technical requirements
• Self-starter with problem-solving mindset.
