We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in C# and .NET technologies to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive full-stack development experience, proven technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with product owners, business analysts, solution architects, and development teams. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, driving technical decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. This is a Day 1 On-site position at the customer's location in Lewisville, Texas.

Experience Required

• Overall Experience: 10+ years
• Extensive experience in full-stack development using C# and .NET technologies.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead developer role with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience in front-end and back-end application development.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using C# and .NET technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with product owners, business analysts, architects, and development teams.
• Provide technical support for questions, issues, and incidents.
• Clarify requirements, define user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Align development activities with solution architecture guidelines and best practices.
• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive technical decisions and enforce coding standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Identify technical bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies and recommend solutions.
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
• Promote continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and team improvement.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
