We are hiring an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using C#, .NET, and modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development expertise, proven technical leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate with product owners, business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Experience (in years)

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using C# and .NET.
• Proven experience in a senior developer or technical lead role with team leadership responsibilities.

Required Skills

• C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework
• Front-end development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Front-end frameworks: Angular, React, or Vue.js
• RESTful API design and integration
• Relational databases: SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Entity Framework and ORM technologies
• NoSQL databases, particularly Cosmos DB
• Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud platforms

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of application security, scalability, performance optimization, and coding standards.
