Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Senior iCertis CLM Functional Lead with expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), SAP Ariba, and SAP S/4HANA/ECC integrations. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise procurement transformation initiatives, design scalable contract management solutions, and support complex integrations across procurement ecosystems. This role requires deep functional expertise in iCertis CLM, supplier lifecycle management, enterprise integrations, and production support. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

iCertis CLM Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of iCertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
• Configure contract types, approval workflows, e-signature processes, document repositories, obligation management, and analytics.
• Design scalable contract lifecycle management solutions aligned with business requirements.

Procurement & SAP Integration

• Implement and support integrations between iCertis CLM and SAP Ariba, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Support Source-to-Pay (S2P), Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
• Configure procurement workflows, supplier onboarding, catalog management, and approval hierarchies.

Functional Leadership

• Lead functional workshops and gather business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

Integration & Technical Support

• Support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IDoc, cXML, and SAP Integration Suite/PI-PO.
• Ensure secure and scalable integration architecture.
• Coordinate system enhancements and application upgrades.

Production Support & Governance

• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise procurement applications.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Manage releases, change requests, and ServiceNow incidents.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop procurement dashboards and operational reports.
• Support reporting through SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Monitor compliance, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
