Bizoforce is hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist with strong expertise in end-user computing, desktop support, and manufacturing IT environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting PC/Mac systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations in production environments. This role is best suited for professionals who can provide L2/L3 support, manage enterprise IT systems, and contribute to operational efficiency and business continuity.
Experience Level: Senior IT Support Specialist Experience Required: 7–12 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and peripherals (PC & Mac)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across environments
- Support manufacturing and production IT systems
- Manage OS installations, upgrades, and configurations
- Provide onsite, remote, and phone-based technical support
- Administer mobile devices (iOS/Android) and MDM platforms
- Maintain documentation, knowledge base, and service desk records
- Train end users on systems, tools, and best practices
- Lead small IT projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
- Support after-hours production environments when required
