Bizoforce is hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist with strong expertise in NOC monitoring, end-user support, and enterprise IT operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting desktop environments, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across enterprise and manufacturing systems. This role is best suited for professionals who can handle both L2/L3 support, manage IT infrastructure issues, and contribute to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Level: Senior IT Support Specialist Experience Required: 7–12 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral systems (PC & Mac)
- Monitor and manage NOC operations and incident response
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support manufacturing and production IT systems
- Install, configure, and upgrade OS and enterprise applications
- Manage Active Directory and user access controls
- Provide remote and onsite support across business units
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Participate in after-hours support for critical systems
