Bizoforce Hiring – Senior Lead & Data Architect – Remote (USA)

Bizoforce is seeking an experienced Senior Lead & Data Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale data solutions for large, complex environments. This role involves leading data architecture strategy, building modern data pipelines, and enabling scalable analytics across multiple business domains.The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in cloud platforms, ETL engineering, BI reporting, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and wholesale data integrations, including post-TSA migrations and cloud modernization efforts.
• Architect and optimize ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow, SQL, and AWS Glue.
• Develop scalable data models for CRM, billing, and operational systems (Salesforce, SAP BRIM).
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Build executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and SQL Server Reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to deliver accurate revenue, compliance, and KPI reporting.
• Monitor high-volume data pipelines to ensure completeness, quality, and reliability.
• Maintain metadata repositories, technical documentation, and data flow diagrams.
• Conduct stakeholder alignment sessions and provide training on data best practices.
