Bizoforce is hiring a Senior Linux Engineer for enterprise production support environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Linux administration, troubleshooting, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. This role requires hands-on experience in managing high-availability systems, resolving complex incidents, and ensuring infrastructure stability in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Experience Required: 5–10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Linux-based production environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 incidents and support tickets
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and infrastructure stability
• Support Linux systems deployed on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and application teams
• Participate in rotational shift support and operational activities
• Ensure compliance with patching, security, and operational standards
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures

Required Skills

• Linux Administration (RHEL / CentOS / Ubuntu)
• Strong troubleshooting & production support experience
• Cloud exposure: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Command-line expertise & performance tuning
• Basic scripting (Shell / Python)

Preferred Skills

• Virtualization technologies
• Monitoring & observability tools
• Automation / configuration tools (Ansible, etc.)
