Bizoforce is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in greenfield manufacturing facility setup, process development, and production launch. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end manufacturing engineering activities—from process design and equipment setup to production ramp-up and operational stabilization. This role requires deep hands-on experience in shop-floor execution, cross-functional collaboration, and large-scale manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Process Development

• Develop and launch manufacturing processes from concept to production
• Define production lines, workstations, tooling, fixtures, and workflows
• Create SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation

Plant Launch & Industrialization

• Support greenfield facility setup and production ramp-up
• Lead equipment installation, commissioning, and process validation
• Ensure readiness across manpower, tooling, materials, and systems

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations teams
• Provide DFM/DFA inputs for product manufacturability
• Align manufacturing requirements with plant design and layout

Quality & Process Excellence

• Support APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and process validation
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Performance Optimization

• Analyze production using OEE, cycle time, yield, and downtime metrics
• Optimize line balancing, throughput, and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, SMED)

Material Flow & Logistics

• Support PFEP, line-side delivery, and internal logistics
• Optimize material flow, storage, and sequencing strategies
