Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI-driven claims & dispute platforms
• Establish KPIs and success metrics aligned with business outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, and compliance

AI Agent Strategy & Architecture

• Define strategy for AI agents (intake, triage, decision support, communication)
• Design LLM-based architectures including RAG and orchestration layers
• Ensure AI solutions are explainable, auditable, and compliant

Platform & Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural direction for scalable and secure platform solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and data teams
• Guide API design, integrations, and event-driven workflows

Agile Product Delivery

• Act as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments
• Manage backlog, epics, and user stories
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and prioritization
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy
