Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and enhancement of Workday functional modules
• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and payroll stakeholders
• Configure Workday modules based on business needs
• Support integrations and data flow between Workday and other systems
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Maintain documentation and ensure process improvements
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system efficiency
