Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot Workday integrations in production
- Handle integration monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver stable integration solutions
- Participate in enhancements, fixes, and deployment activities
Required Skills
- Workday Integration (8+ years)
- Production support / L2-L3 support experience
- Workday certification preferred
