Bizoforce is hiring a Solution Architect - Infor M3 to lead high-level, end-to-end solution design across Infor M3 and related enterprise applications. The role focuses on aligning business needs, customer value, user experience, and enterprise architecture across business, application, data, infrastructure, and integration layers. The architect will ensure detailed solution designs are fit for purpose, aligned with business objectives and architectural principles, while also supporting M3 as a service owner and driving continuous improvement.

Experience

• 5+ Years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience with Infor M3 solution architecture and enterprise application design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-level end-to-end solution design for Infor M3 and related applications.
• Define architectural principles and short- and long-term technical strategies.
• Develop solution design artifacts covering business, application, data, infrastructure, and integration architecture.
• Review detailed solution designs for business and technical alignment.
• Ensure solutions remain aligned with business objectives and architectural guidelines.
• Act as service owner for Infor M3, supporting maintenance and application operations.
• Identify and resolve key solution design issues in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.
• Align business capabilities, information, and IT applications across the solution landscape.
• Identify synergies and opportunities to optimize future solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and challenge existing ways of working.
