Bizoforce is seeking a Senior Network Administrator for a long-term, on-site role in Wichita, KS, USA. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Cisco Routing, Switching, WLAN, and hands-on experience with Cisco DNAC, Cisco NDFC, Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller, Aruba Cloud Controller, HPE Aruba, and Aruba Networking. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional ready to lead and optimize enterprise-scale network infrastructure in a high-availability, multi-site environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 8+ years of experience in Cisco Routing, Switching, and WLAN
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Cisco Core, Distribution, and Access Switches
• Cisco Wireless Controllers and APs
• Cisco DNAC, Cisco NDFC, Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller
• Aruba Cloud Controller, HPE Aruba, Aruba Wireless Networks
• Deep understanding of network design, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Ability to monitor, manage, and ensure optimal network performance and uptime
• Experience with Wi-Fi optimization (AP placement, channel planning, security configuration)
• Experience configuring and supporting multi-site network environments
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Administer Cisco and Aruba network infrastructure across multiple sites
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, availability, and traffic flow
• Optimize wireless and wired infrastructure for reliability and efficiency
• Plan and execute network upgrades, firmware patches, and security updates
• Implement and test disaster recovery and business continuity procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust infrastructure support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent
OR 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of formal education
• Must be local to Wichita, KS or willing to relocate
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without employer-sponsored visa
• Occasional travel within the United States may be required

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent
• Experience in global delivery and multi-vendor environments
• Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder, diverse team setup
• Knowledge of Cisco software/firmware updates and security patching procedures
