Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities related to Kinaxis solution delivery
• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Kinaxis applications
• Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolution support
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives
