Bizoforce is seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Software Engineer with strong expertise in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), container orchestration, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience building, deploying, and maintaining scalable platforms and applications, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions while following industry best practices for containerization and cloud-native application development.

• Minimum Experience: 8 years

• Preferred Experience: 7–10 years, as mentioned in the job description.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of container deployment, management, scalability, and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other container orchestration tools, such as Docker Swarm or Apache Mesos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software development, platform engineering, or product development.
• Hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine and cloud-native technologies.
• Strong understanding of container orchestration and deployment strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with product managers, UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
