Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Tech Manager with strong expertise in contact center platforms, conversational AI, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Genesys PureConnect, chatbot/AI platforms, and API-driven architectures to support customer experience transformation initiatives. This role is best suited for professionals who can lead solution architecture, integrate AI-driven customer service platforms, and drive scalable enterprise solutions.
Experience Level: Tech Manager / Solution Architect Experience Required: 10–15 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation of contact center solutions
- Configure and manage Genesys PureConnect platform
- Design call routing and customer interaction workflows
- Implement conversational AI solutions (chatbots, virtual assistants)
- Integrate enterprise systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms
- Design scalable and event-driven architecture solutions
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
- Drive customer experience transformation initiatives
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability
