Job Description
Bizoforce is hiring a Technical Analyst – User Enablement for a large enterprise organization. This role focuses on supporting users, driving adoption of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and AI productivity assistants (Copilot), and strengthening digital workplace enablement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of technical expertise, user experience skills, documentation capability, and training delivery, enabling effective and responsible adoption of collaboration and AI tools.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in Technical Support, User Enablement, Digital Workplace, IT Training, or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain user-friendly guides, FAQs, and training content
- Develop quick-reference sheets, video snippets, and visual learning materials
- Continuously update documentation as tools and policies evolve
Training & Enablement
- Serve as an evangelist for M365 and Copilot
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions
- Build scenario-based learning modules and AI usage demonstrations
Analytics & Feedback
- Track and report on training effectiveness and adoption metrics
- Use feedback, ticketing data, and usage reports to identify gaps
- Recommend continuous improvements for user enablement
Change Adoption & Continuous Improvement
- Communicate the value and benefits of collaboration tools and AI assistants
- Partner with change management teams during new feature rollouts
- Stay updated on platform changes and prepare user-facing updates proactively
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts relevant to productivity and automation
- Experience in IT support, user training, or technical enablement
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and enterprise collaboration platforms
- Basic knowledge of enterprise security and governance policies
