Experience:
7–10 Years

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in IT or software development projects
• Hands-on experience in U.S. Healthcare domain (mandatory)
• Expertise in project planning, tracking, and execution using tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar
• Strong knowledge of healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both technical and business-facing
• Strong skills in risk assessment, issue resolution, and resource coordination
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery in the healthcare technology space
• Act as a liaison between clients, business analysts, and technical teams
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution
• Track and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Conduct regular status meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations and security standards
