Bizoforce is hiring a Telecom Analyst with strong expertise in OSS, TMF standards, and API-driven architectures. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in telecom fulfillment journeys, system analysis, and REST API implementation, along with strong understanding of UML and software design principles. This role requires a techno-functional mindset with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation in telecom environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and design telecom solutions aligned with OSS and TMF standards
• Work on REST API design and implementation for system integrations
• Create UML diagrams and technical design documentation
• Understand and optimize Telco Fulfillment Journeys
• Collaborate with development teams for solution delivery
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning
• Ensure alignment with SDLC processes from requirement to deployment
• Drive ownership of analysis, solutioning, and delivery
