Bizoforce Hiring – US IT Recruiter / Senior IT Recruiter – Mumbai (On-site | UK Shift)

Bizoforce is looking for dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiters with a solid background in India Domestic IT hiring. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Andheri East, Mumbai, working in the UK Shift. We are also hiring a Senior Recruiter to manage both recruitment and a team of recruiters. Candidates must be proactive, energetic, and ready to contribute individually or as team leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US IT requirements
• Handle the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, and closures
• Maintain a strong and relevant candidate pipeline
• Work independently and own assigned mandates
• For Senior Recruiter:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters
• Monitor performance and help the team meet hiring targets
• Share regular reports and updates with management

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (India Domestic IT hiring is a must)
• Strong sourcing skills via job portals, social media, and networking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High levels of ownership, energy, and accountability
• For Senior Recruiter:
• Proven experience in managing a recruitment team
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
