Bizoforce is hiring a UX Designer for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity based in Chicago, IL. The UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered mobile and web applications for internal associates. This role involves discovery, wireframing, high-fidelity design, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences aligned with brand standards.

Experience

1–2+ Years of UX design experience

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the design of software components for web and mobile applications
• Translate business and functional requirements into intuitive visual and interactive designs
• Conduct discovery sessions and define user roles and use cases
• Create user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity design compositions
• Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, visual designers, and content teams
• Ensure UX assets align with brand guidelines and design systems
• Partner with development teams to deliver intuitive user interfaces
• Apply accessibility standards for web and mobile experiences
• Support UX research, usability testing, and behavior analysis
• Adhere to typography, layout, and graphic design standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 1–2+ years of UX design experience for digital products or services
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX work for web and mobile platforms
• Hands-on experience with:
• Figma
• Sketch
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Design Systems
• Working knowledge of:
• HTML
• CSS / SCSS
• iOS and Android design principles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
