The role involves leading infrastructure teams, supporting datacenter operations, and ensuring optimal performance and availability of server infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.

Experience

Level: Infrastructure Tower Lead
Experience Required: 10+ Years in IT infrastructure with strong Windows Server and VMware administration experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Windows-VMware infrastructure tower
• Manage on-premise datacenter and hosting environments
• Handle L2/L3 incident, change, and problem management
• Monitor server performance, availability, and system health
• Manage server patching, vulnerability remediation, and maintenance activities
• Support infrastructure projects and server builds
• Troubleshoot Windows Server and VMware platform issues
• Maintain infrastructure governance reports and compliance metrics
