Bizoforce is hiring Workday Consultants with strong expertise across Integration, HCM modules, Time & Absence, and Talent Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday functional or integration roles, working on enterprise implementations and support engagements. This role requires strong domain expertise, client interaction, and the ability to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

Experience Required:* P5: 5–7 Years

• P6: 7–10 Years

Level: Consultant / Senior Consultant (P5 / P6)

Key Responsibilities

Workday Functional / Integration

• Configure and support Workday modules (HCM, Time & Absence, Talent)
• Design and implement Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs)
• Support business processes and workflow configurations

Integration Development

• Build inbound and outbound integrations
• Work with Workday Studio / Core Connectors / APIs
• Ensure seamless data flow between systems

Module Expertise

• Time Tracking & Absence Management
• Talent Management & HCM processes
• Business process configuration and reporting

Support & Delivery

• Work on implementation, support, and enhancement projects
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Agile & Client Collaboration

• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities
• Engage with business users and clients
• Deliver high-quality Workday solutions
