Bizoforce Hiring – Workday HCM Techno-Functional Consultant – India

Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Workday HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support production support, integrations, and reporting activities across multiple Workday HCM modules. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise in Workday along with stakeholder interaction and issue resolution capabilities within enterprise environments.

Experience

Level: Senior Consultant
Experience Required: 7–10 Years overall experience with 6–8 Years relevant Workday HCM experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support across Workday HCM modules
• Support Workday integrations and reporting requirements
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Workday environments
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and data extracts
• Support configuration and enhancements across HCM modules
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and resolve issues
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-release support activities
• Ensure system stability and continuous improvement of Workday processes
