Bizoforce Hiring – Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management (TT/AM) Analyst – Hyderabad

Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management (TT/AM) Analyst to support configuration, optimization, and production support activities across Workday HCM environments. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules, including configuration, reporting, testing, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure efficient workforce and leave management processes.

Experience

Level: Senior Analyst
Experience Required: 8–10 Years overall experience with minimum 5+ Years hands-on experience in Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules
• Create and maintain Time Off and Absence Plans including accruals, carryover rules, eligibility, and proration
• Configure validation rules, time entry templates, and time calculation rules
• Manage Workday business processes related to time entry, approvals, and absence requests
• Configure work schedules, period schedules, and time calculation groups
• Develop Workday reports including custom reports and calculated fields
• Analyze break-fix issues and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support UAT, testing cycles, and deployment activities
• Ensure compliance with overtime rules, labor regulations, and leave policies
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and functional stakeholders to optimize processes
