Job Description
Bizoforce is hiring a Workday US Payroll Support Specialist with strong hands-on experience in supporting US payroll operations on the Workday platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll cycles, resolving complex payroll issues, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
This is a remote role based in India with alignment to US payroll support hours.
Experience
Level: Specialist / Senior Analyst
Experience Required: 4+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Workday US Payroll
- Manage end-to-end payroll cycles (bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly)
- Resolve payroll discrepancies, retro pay, and off-cycle payments
- Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors
- Support year-end payroll activities (W-2, audits, reconciliations)
- Maintain Workday payroll reports and audit controls
- Support testing and validation during payroll upgrades and releases
- Ensure data accuracy, SLA adherence, and confidentiality standards
