Bizoforce is Hiring AI ML Engineers with Generative AI Focus Remote India

Bizoforce is seeking experienced AI ML Engineers with a minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in building AI systems using large language models LLMs and Generative AI technologies. You will contribute to the design optimization and deployment of intelligent models and scalable AI pipelines that support cutting edge enterprise applications.

This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for professionals who are passionate about responsible AI modern ML frameworks and solving high impact business problems in cloud environments. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy scalable AI ML pipelines using cloud platforms

Develop models using LLMs and Generative AI techniques

Perform prompt engineering and fine tuning for optimized outputs

Evaluate AI model performance and detect concept drift

Implement secure AI practices including PHI and PII handling

Collaborate with data science and engineering teams in Agile environments

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in AI ML development

Strong programming skills in Python

Experience with PyTorch TensorFlow or ONNX

Hands on expertise in LLMs and Generative AI

Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization

Familiarity with AI model evaluation and drift detection

Understanding of responsible AI and security best practices

Proven collaboration in cross functional AI ML teams
