Bizoforce is Hiring: Ivalua Solution Designer India / Singapore – Support Role

We are looking for a skilled Ivalua Solution Designer to join our offshore and nearshore teams (India & Singapore). The role focuses on both support and enhancements for the Ivalua platform integrated with SAP ERP. You will work across Ivalua modules including S2C (Source-to-Contract), SIM/SRM, and P2P (Procure-to-Pay). This role involves managing incidents, configuring workflows and forms, debugging application issues, and working on change requests and enhancements aligned with evolving business needs.

Required Skills

• Minimum L2 Ivalua certification; L1 certification required for Support Analysts.
• Experience supporting Ivalua modules: S2C, SIM/SRM, P2P.
• Strong configuration experience: workflows, UI, business rules, forms.
• Ivalua scripting (VSL) and SQL proficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and debugging skills.
• Understanding of Ivalua table structures and approval flows.
• Experience with APIs, Web Services, and EAI console for integration.
• Knowledge of user access management and audit support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable (Nice to Have)

• L3 Ivalua Certification
• Experience in SAP (especially Logistics)
• Prior exposure to competing platforms like Ariba
• ABAP/SAP functional knowledge.
