Bizoforce is Hiring Scrum Master / System Analyst for AI Agile Teams – Remote India

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master/System Analyst to support agile teams working on AI powered applications, especially those using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) models. You will facilitate agile ceremonies coach teams and ensure smooth collaboration across cross functional teams such as data science and engineering.

This is an exciting remote opportunity to lead agile practices for intelligent systems in a remote first environment.

Required Skills

• Certified Scrum Master CSM PSM or SAFe
• 3 plus years in Scrum Master or Agile Coach roles
• Experience with AI ML product teams a plus
• Agile tools Jira Azure DevOps Rally
• Familiarity with AI lifecycle and model development
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication with technical and business teams
• Agile metrics tracking and reporting velocity burn down
