Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to own and scale our organic search strategy across web properties. The role requires strong technical SEO expertise, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate business goals into measurable SEO outcomes. You will work closely with content, engineering, and marketing teams to drive sustainable organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business and growth goals
Own keyword research, content mapping, and search intent analysis
Define SEO KPIs, roadmaps, and quarterly performance targets
Technical SEO
Lead technical audits (site structure, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals)
Collaborate with engineering teams on fixes and SEO-friendly implementations
Manage schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization
On-Page & Content SEO
Optimize landing pages, blogs, and product pages for rankings and conversions
Guide content teams with SEO briefs, internal linking strategies, and updates
Ensure SEO best practices across new and existing content
Off-Page & Authority Building
Plan and manage ethical link-building and digital PR initiatives
Monitor backlink profile, domain authority, and competitor strategies
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools
Analyze traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, and ROI from organic channels
Prepare clear reports and insights for stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (B2B, SaaS, marketplace, or high-traffic sites preferred)
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content optimization
Expertise with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript SEO basics
Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, custom stacks)
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience scaling SEO for startups or fast-growing platforms
Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows and programmatic SEO
Exposure to international SEO and multi-location websites
Basic understanding of CRO and UX principles
