About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large data sets to derive actionable insights that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business teams. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic initiatives. Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver accurate analysis. Automate data processes and improve data reliability and efficiency. Monitor and evaluate business performance through key metrics and reporting.
Key Skills Required
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization. Strong understanding of data analytics, statistics, and business intelligence concepts. Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles preferred.
